Our Property Portfolio Management service comes into its own during this period of time-intensive management and Portfolio Managers liaise with Young Lettings well in advance of completion, endeavouring to identify suitably screened and vetted tenants and ensuring that the property is ready to move into as soon as it completes. The lettings team can then manage the entire tenancy, directed by the clients' Portfolio Manager.
