Young Group's role as property portfolio manager is to ensure that landlords' properties provide the correct rental yield, that void periods are kept to a minimum and that the properties' capital values are protected through efficient property management and maintenance.


Property Portfolio Management


Strategic advice delivered through a single point of contact maximises the return from landlord's property portfolios. PPM includes acquisition advice and property sourcing, refinancing (through Young Finance), regular portfolio performance reviews and income/expenditure schedules for self assessment tax returns.

PPM also lets landlords step back from the time consuming day-to-day management of their properties. Their portfolio manager liaises with our estate agency, Young London, taking care of all tenancy and property management issues and can even arrange for furniture to be provided through Young Furnishing.
