Created to facilitate investing at the earliest stage of the development process and enabling clients to share in the development profit - we are already in discussions on a number of land opportunities - the fund also offers clients the opportunity to bring added diversity to their property investment portfolios.

The fund will seek to develop new build residential projects in London. The development process will be managed in-house by dedicated Young Group senior management.
