Our primary focus is to make clients' financial investments work as hard as possible, to maximise returns. Benefiting from an injection of £4 billion

Our development, My Base1 in Southwark for example was a superb find. The London Borough of Southwark is undergoing huge amounts of regeneration, benefiting from an injection of £4 billion. Whilst such large scale programmes can lead to inflated prices, we identified an early opportunity to secure all 102 private residential units in My Base1 at a competitive price, enabling clients to acquire an investment in the area that offered good future returns. Within just 12 months, investors saw a return of 55% on their initial investment.
