It's immensely fulfilling to know that from initially purchasing just a handful of units in developments that we believed offered (and subsequently delivered) great potential for growth, we're now in the position to secure large developments in their entirety. And yet whilst we're able to transact on developments such as The Landmark, one of the tallest residential developments in Europe with two towers of 31 and 45 storeys, our focus remains on securing value for our clients, irrespective of the scale of a project. In fact, immediately following our Landmark purchase we acquired a gem of a development, The Retreat, in Earlsfield, South West London. This development comprised just 26 apartments, but represented a rare chance to acquire value in a particularly stable and well established local property market, and offered clients the opportunity to add further diversity to their portfolios.

We have come a long way and I'm incredibly proud of Young Group's philosophy, our achievements and the capital growth that our clients' portfolios have attained. I look forward to seeking out and developing new opportunities to enable our clients to benefit from the best informed investment advice and properties that London has to offer. It is the relationships that we build with our clients that are imperative and this is reflected in the high levels of referrals that we continue to receive.
