A qualified accountant, Neil has more than 10 years experience in global corporate finance at companies including British Airways. In 2000 he was appointed European CFO at Highland Partners, before leaving to establish Young Group in 2003.

A fervent supporter of raising professional standards in the residential property sector, Neil is regularly asked to share his views on the Private Rented Sector at industry events and conferences and with the national press and broadcasters, including Radio 4, Radio 5, The Financial Times, The Times and The Telegraph.

A qualified surveyor, Sylvana initially began her career specialising in commercial property with SEGRO before moving on to focus on residential property in 1993. Sylvana has experience of all aspects of residential property from valuation and development to interior design, lettings and property management.

Prior to establishing Young Group in 2003, Sylvana worked, amongst others, for DTZ Tie Leung in Hong Kong and The UK Valuation Office.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, David began his career with Lloyds TSB before moving to British Airways where he worked for 12 years. In 2000 he joined Hays Plc where he was pivotal to the successful £200 million buyout by Iron Mountain. David was subsequently appointed Head of European Finance before moving to Young Group in 2005.

After studying for his Doctorate Degree, Michael began his career in communications with a boutique London-based agency. He has subsequently orchestrated integrated PR & marketing campaigns throughout Europe for some of the world's best-known consumer and business-to-business brands. Following three years working across mainland Europe, Michael returned to London to head the Property & Built Environment team at a leading communications agency before joining Young Group in 2007.

Immediately prior to joining us as non-executive director, Judienne spent seven years as Group Lettings Director with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. Throughout more than 30 years in the property industry, Judienne has headed the lettings business of some of the best-known companies in the sector including Marsh & Parsons, Barnard Marcus, Hamptons International and Bradford & Bingley.

A former ARLA Chairman for six years and National Council Member since 1983, Judienne remains actively involved with NFOPP’s Technical Award advising on legal training and examinations.
