We offered our landlords the opportunity to purchase apartments at the
Royal Arsenal development in SE18. When the Woolwich DLR station opened, achieved rents increased by 10% overnight.

We bought all 102 brand new apartments at the
myBASE1 development, adding them to our clients’ property portfolios Our estate agency, Young London manages more than 85% of all the flats at myBASE1 and maintained market leading rents for the area when they first completed.

Landlords who bought property in
The Interchange development in Dalston, E8, did so to take advantage of the planned infrastructure improvements. The East London Line underground extension will open in 2010 further boosting tenant demand.

We secured all of the apartments in a single building at
The Watergardens development in Canada Water, SE16. Being in such close proximity to Canary Wharf via the Jubilee Line, it’s a popular choice for Young London’s corporate tenants. We manage all of the units in the block and are able to offer corporate tenants several neighbouring apartments.

We recognised the potential of Kings Cross early and guided clients to invest in the area. A number of our landlords bought apartments at
Kings Quarter, N1, a new development immediately adjacent to the £2billion regeneration zone. Tenant demand in the area has since surged and rents have increased as a result.

A small, exclusive development of apartments in leafy Earlsfield, SW18, Young London rents all of the flats that are not owner-occupied at
The Retreat. We also asset manage the freehold interest enabling streamlined management of the entire development.

Favoured for its proximity to Broadway Market and its sense of community,
Union Wharf, E2, has been in high demand since it was built in 2007. Young London manages all of the rental apartments within this canal-side development.
