At Young Group we deliver Property Portfolio Management services to private residential landlords and institutional landlords. The Group's activity spans the entire process from identifying new property investments and financing their purchase, through to managing the properties (furnishing through Young Furnishing; tenanting through Young London; financing/refinancing through Young Finance), regularly reviewing the performance of the property portfolio and advising on strategic direction, through to realising returns in the most tax efficient manner.
Our focus is upon property in London [here's why], but our clients are from across the globe.
